We aim to address the financial barriers that prevent children from attending school across Africa. When families cannot afford school fees of $20 or basic supplies like uniforms and textbooks, children leave classrooms despite their academic potential

The Project 100 Story
A 12-year-old girl in a small village in Ghana excels at mathematics, but cannot return to school because her parents cannot afford textbooks and a simple school uniform. A teenage boy in Nigeria dreams of becoming an engineer, yet his education ends because of unpaid fees of just ₦15,000 (less than $20). These stories repeat themselves across Africa daily. Among the Top100 Africa Future Leaders network, we recognized that we had the power to rewrite these stories. Project100 Scholarship emerged from a simple belief: leadership means action, not titles or awards. For the first time, we are crowd-sourcing from within. Each awardee contributes not from abundance, but from understanding that impact multiplies when shared.
